Virtual Exhibits: Connecting Content to a Gallery Experience – Why Not?”

The panel addressed the Library’s Archives, Special Collections, & Digital Initiatives and Library Systems & Technology departments efforts to build virtual exhibits. The collaboration would implement a solution that could repurpose digital content within the existing repository, and present it in a fashion that would offer audiences a virtual walk-through of our biannual exhibitions. The inclusion of video, photographs of the exhibit space, and narrative would provide a contextualized user experience.
